This full-time hybrid role focuses on building and enhancing web and hybrid mobile applications that streamline internal processes and improve communication with our customers and field crews. You’ll be a key contributor in a small team that supports operations across a wide geographic area. If you’re a collaborative problem-solver who’s passionate about intuitive user experiences and scalable development, we want to hear from you. The Web & Mobile Developer will: Design, develop, and maintain web and hybrid mobile applications using modern frameworks. Integrate internal systems and external platforms to improve workflow automation. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including code reviews and testing, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs to deliver effective solutions. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and HTML/CSS Experience working with Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a small, fast-moving team Passion for improving user and customer experience through thoughtful development Desired Qualifications Experience with hybrid mobile app development (e.g. Capacitor, Ionic) Familiarity with AWS services (especially Lambda, DynamoDB) or Microsoft Azure Backend experience using Node.js SQL knowledge (MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) Why Lucas Tree?
