Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has an opportunity for a motivated individual. We are currently searching for one part time Utility Reader. This position will consist of checking/testing a manufactured housing community's water plant for 30 minutes each day. Training will be provided. Role and Responsibilities: Accurately read and record meter readings for the community water plant. Maintain daily meter reading log with potential findings. Inspect for default connections. Report irregularities to management promptly. Requirements High School Diploma/GED. Working cell phone. Salary Description $17.00 per hour Property Management LLC
