Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid Schedule)

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission/bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-hour day shifts | No weekends

Expected Hours: 40+ per week

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking Junior Recruiters to support one of our major retail clients in Plano, TX . If you're driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment—we want to hear from you.

In this high-volume, nationwide recruiting role, you'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruitment operations while working directly with our corporate retail partner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify and screen candidates for retail roles across the U.S.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Utilize Indeed, Paradox, and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting metrics
• Provide regular updates and insights to internal teams and clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in retail, customer service, call center, restaurant, or hospitality (recruiting experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing a great candidate experience
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
