As an Infectious Disease Officer, youll be responsible for studying the causes, effects, and patterns of infectious diseases, including biological warfare threats. Youll oversee laboratory operations to identify, observe, and confirm the diseases, their responses, and study the spread of disease. Youll also consult on public health policy that impacts the lives of the Soldiers, our nation, and the world.
