The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division (JOID) supports a range of customers across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets, providing analytical and programmatic capabilities for informed decision-making. The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) supports the U.S. industrial base, advising on policy, strategy, and security challenges, and providing innovative solutions for national security. We seek a Global Investment Subject Matter Expert to support the Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) in Northern VA. OSC develops strategies to accelerate private investment in critical supply chain technologies for national security, utilizing U.S. capital markets and economic strategies to ensure technology readiness and deployment. Responsibilities: Identify, research, and analyze global investment opportunities across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and real estate. Develop strategies to mitigate investment risks, ensure compliance with global regulations, and conduct stress and sensitivity analyses for critical technologies.
