Full Desk Recruitment Manager – Manufacturing Practice | Fully Remote (Phoenix)
I’m currently partnering with large recruitment firm that is looking for a Full Desk Recruitment Manager to build and expand their Manufacturing Practice in Arizona! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-driven, competitive market and is ready to step into leadership or grow into that role.
About the Role:
Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in Phoenix , with a strong understanding of the local market.
What You’ll Do:
Drive new business – This is a hunter role, ideal for a go-getter who loves sales in a competitive market.
Recruit within Manufacturing, Skilled Trades, or similar industries – Prior industry experience is a plus, but they’re open to recruiters transitioning from other verticals.
Build and lead the practice – If you have leadership experience or aspire to step into a leadership role, this is your chance!
