Farm Feedlot Manager position available for a 3,000 head feedyard in Central South Dakota. The enterprise is part of a 16,000 acre family owned irrigated corn, soybean and edible bean farm. The main focus of this working manager position is to oversee daily operations of the feed yard including feed ration monitoring, keeping records, animal heath, fence building and repair. Will supervise two other employees. A college degree is preferred. MUST be a self starter capable of making most operational decisions without input from the owners. Competitive salary and benefits including; a house with utilities and health insurance. Also includes special hunting privileges and production incentive winter bonus program.
