Job Description

Pay Range: $17.00-20.00 /hr (Based on experience)

1. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
2. Order and fill store supply order requests and coordinates the shipping of those filled orders
3. Calls in shortages to vendors and relays that information to Accounting Department with proper documentation
4. Packages/handles items returned to vendors
5. Manages daily mail activities
6. Calls for missing packing lists from vendors
7. Relays PNFs from Splitters to correct corporate staff and vice versa
8. Keeps records of shortages/PNFs
9. Proof reads PNFs before sending to Buyer making corrections as needed
10. Replenishes break room supplies and keeps break room clean and organized
11. Assists defects department as necessary
12. Key transfers in
13. Order warehouse supplies as needed
14. Assist with product splitting when necessary
15. Any and all other administrative/assistant duties as assigned by Supervisor
