Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Customer Service positions in Riverside County, CA, and beyond!

Schedules: 1st shift, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on position availability)
General Requirements:
Recent experience in directly serving customers in a retail, call center, or office environment.
Willing to submit to background and drug screenings.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in positions such as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, Retail Associate, or similar is a big plus!
Be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities may include:
Respond to customer questions about products, services, or company policies via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Address and resolve complaints, concerns, and product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges.
Collect and document feedback from customers, ensuring that it is shared with appropriate teams for improvement.
Strive to provide a positive customer experience by being polite, professional, and helpful, maintaining high service standards.
