Job Title: Custodial Worker
Location: Columbia, SC 29223
Pay: $15/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Custodial Worker to join our team in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will ensure that facilities are consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy maintaining a tidy work environment, we encourage you to apply.

Experience Level:

Preferred candidates will have 1 to 3 years of experience in janitorial services, with a strong focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restroom and Breakroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment for staff.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain flooring throughout the facility to ensure it remains spotless and safe.
• Trash Disposal: Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly; ensure all waste is disposed of according to safety and environmental regulations.
• Furniture and Fixtures: Dust and wipe down all furniture and fixtures, including desks, chairs, and shelving, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Window and Mirror Cleaning: Clean windows and mirrors to maintain clarity and shine, ensuring optimal visibility and cleanliness.
• Equipment and Supply Management: Maintain and organize cleaning equipment, including mops, vacuums, and cleaning solutions, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
• Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures and regulations when handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards for health and safety.
• Additional Duties: Perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
