VHR Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading manufacturing client to find an Experienced CNC Leader for their US site in South Carolina. Our client is searching for a skilled professional who can take charge of daily production planning, set up CNC machines, and guide a team of operators. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, with a focus on 5-axis machining processes.
• Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Lead and mentor a small team of CNC operators, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
• Oversee production workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent quality output.
• Maintain a safe working environment and uphold quality standards.
• Work closely with site management to drive process improvements and operational success.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist, with strong skills in machine setup and operation.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience using 5-axis CNC machines.
• Proven ability to plan production and lead others effectively.
• A mature, dependable professional who thrives with minimal supervision.
• Ambition to grow and develop within a forward-thinking company.
• Experience with exotic alloys is advantageous but not essential.
• Availability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule across 5 days per week.
