Job Summary This position involves a variety of clinical and administrative tasks aimed at facilitating patient flow and enhancing care quality. Responsibilities include organizing priorities, managing confidential patient information, scheduling appointments, arranging diagnostic tests and referrals, and assisting with insurance issues. Opportunities for participation in research protocols may also be available. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions Collect and organize patient data. Maintain records and databases. Use software to generate graphs and reports. Assist with recruiting patients for clinical trials. Obtain patient study data from medical records and physicians. Qualifications Education BS or BA degree required. Experience Knowledge of clinical research protocols; 0-1 year preferred. Prior experience with programming in Bash and/or Python is preferred. Familiarity with statistical software such as R or STATA is also preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Attention to detail. Organizational skills. Good communication skills. Additional Job Details Under supervision of an investigator, the RA will coordinate clinical research studies, assist in managing and analyzing datasets, recruit and evaluate patients, conduct clinical tests, maintain study documentation, and contribute to research presentations and publications. Responsibilities include scheduling, data collection, regulatory compliance, and neuroimaging data processing. Preferred Skills Ability to work under supervision.
