Exciting Part-Time Opportunity to Work with Children!

We're Seeking Group Leaders for our After School Programs in Hawaii!

(Pukalani Area)

Role Overview:

As a Group Leader in our After School Programs, you will have the opportunity to create a fun and safe environment for students. Whether you're a student, a parent, or simply passionate about education, this role allows you to gain valuable experience in working with children. We provide full training, so no previous experience is necessary!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Interaction : Lead and supervise a group of students during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and engagement.
  • Activity Planning : Develop fun and educational activities such as arts and crafts, games, and even homework help.
  • Accountability : Keep track of student attendance and ensure that all children are accounted for at all times.

Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 18 years old (16+ for Aide positions).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training.
  • Passion for working with children.

Schedule :

This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, from approximately 1:30 or 2:00 pm until 5:30 pm, with no evening or weekend shifts! (Morning hours may also be available in some locations.)

A Typical Day in Our After School Program Might Include:

  • Greeting children and welcoming them to the program.
  • Helping kids settle down with a snack and assisting with homework.
  • Engaging in fun activities such as board games, crafts, and outdoor play.
  • Facilitating group activities like talent shows, Lego-building contests, or creating slime.
  • Connecting with families when they pick up their children.
